Rarely-seen works by the pillars of modern artistic photography, including Imogen Cunningham's intimate floral close-ups and Ansel Adams' large-scale print, Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico, 1941, remain on display at the Sheldon Gallery (3648 Washington Boulevard; 314-533-9900 or www.thesheldon.org) through Saturday, January 15, 2011. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday, and admission is free.
