December may seem like a long way away, but take notice: Jim Carrey is coming for your most cherished Christmas memories. He began his campaign in the live-action remake of How the Grinch Stole Christmas a few years ago, and this season you can find him in the 3D animated version of A Christmas Carol, in which he will voice Ebenezer Scrooge and the three ghosts of Christmas. To get you in the holiday — and holiday movie — spirit, the filmmakers bring Disney's A Christmas Carol Train Tour to St. Louis Union Station (1820 Market Street; www.stlouisunionstation.com or 314-421-6655). The train is made up of several connected exhibit cars, each housing a different behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film and its 3D technology. You can also view artifacts from the Charles Dickens Museum, and marvel at the sight of carolers and fake snow in the middle of a St. Louis summer. The event is free and runs from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday (July 31 to August 2).
