St. Louis Cinematheque: Lights, Camera, Cut!

Posted By on Wed, Sep 2, 2009 at 9:45 AM

RFT tells the story of the long-in-the-works St. Louis Cinematheque in this week's paper. The film project conceived of by Walter Gunn got waylaid this year when the Regional Arts Commission suddenly quit acting as Cinematheque's "fiscal sponsor." (The story, "Fade Into Black," has details on the rift.)

Gunn's son, Ian, has re-branded the project as MUSE STL, and part of it went live online this week.

Below you can view the trailer promo made to explain Cinematheque.

Continue on to watch a few short pilot films and an endorsement for the project.
