You need this.

On July 6, fans who purchased a special theme ticket to the Cardinals game against the Pirates will get a John Goodman bobblehead as their souvenir. And the Coen brothers' muse will himself throw out the first pitch. How cool is that?

The St. Louis native and Affton High School grad was characteristically modest when giving the Cardinals a quote about John Goodman Night. "The hardest part is trying to act cool through this huge honor. So I want to let the Cardinals and Cardinal Nation know that I'm using this opportunity as a one-pitch tryout to make the big club,” he said, per the press release.

If you want to meet the big guy in the flesh and are willing to pony up for a special VIP ticket, you can also meet and greet the actor before the game. A portion of each ticket goes to St. Louis Children's Hospital. VIP tickets start at $185, not including fees.

Tickets are on sale right now.
