Songs of the British Isles

The Missouri Women’s Chorus and Conductor Scott Schoonover invite you to attend a concert featuring some of the most hauntingly beautiful folk tunes from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Focusing on the work and the lives of the women from these islands the concert will weave the slower, more poignant lullabies with the lively pieces sung during work and dance.
