Sauce has the scoop. (Or the press release.) Andy White is no longer executive chef at Balaban's. Now in charge is Ed Hines. No news on White's future projects.

Sauce also reports that Tim McLaughlin will be executive chef at Jim Edmonds' Fifteen. McLaughlin was executive chef at Faust's and, before that, the late Red Moon.
