Correction to "Spices" (third paragraph) section of this recipe. The sharp eyes of food editor Ms. Allan Tinker noted that we said "grated Ptarmigan" rather than grated parmesan in the release (now changed). She caught us! Besides it is true, the little game birds do not taste all that good when grated into a spice mix and let's face it, they squirm around a lot too.While I appreciate the writer's humor in this correction, let's not jump to conclusions here. Are we certain that grated ptarmigan isn't delicious?
