Sirocco Enterprises is recalling its Pat O'Brien's Bloody Mary Cocktail Mix because it contains undeclared soy and wheat ingredients. The mix was distributed nationwide.

Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. of Dakota City, Nebraska, is recalling 40,498 pounds of ground beef for possible E. coli contamination. There are no reports of illnesses connected to the contamination. The ground beef was distributed in several states, including Illinois, but not Missouri.
