Pi is about to embrace that hottest of hot food trends, the food truck. The truck, pictured in the Twitter feed above, is en route to St. Louis from Oklahoma City as we speak. Owner Chris Sommers tells me via email that the truck is still several weeks away from being operational. Stay tuned to Gut Check for more details as they become available.
