St. Louis Bread Co.

Why is that bread so good? The company's founding father went to San Francisco to learn how to make sourdough bread. Although today the Bread Co., as it's fondly called, has grown to 25 locations and is publicly owned, it's still consistently good, offering sandwiches, salads, soups and pastries.
