After almost five years in the Delmar Loop, Cheese-ology Macaroni & Cheese (6602 Delmar Boulevard, University City; 314-863-6365) will close on March 7. The fast casual restaurant, which focuses on different varieties of mac & cheese, made the announcement on social media this week.

Owner Bill Courtney was a researcher at Washington University before he opened Cheese-ology in 2010. The unique concept boasted mac & cheese dishes under $10 that would leave you full and satisfied. A favorite of ours is the "Hill" mac & cheese bowl, with Provel: "The combination of the fully melted cheese product with macaroni, salsiccia and a small amount of marinara sauce is, frankly, delicious," read our original review.
Courtney did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
