Egg Pasta
4 large whole eggs
9 egg yolks
3 cups bread flour
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1. Follow instructions of making fresh pasta. Let rest before making ravioli. Pasta can be made in advance and refrigerated.
