Cleveland-Heath Restaurant Coming to Edwardsville

A new restaurant called Cleveland-Heath is slated to open this fall at 106 North Main Street in Edwardsville, Illinois. This address was previously occupied by Fond, which shuttered in April of this year

I don't have much more information about Cleveland-Heath. I did reach an owner by phone this morning, but she couldn't talk at that moment; we plan to speak again soon. However, the restaurant does have a website, which describes it as "a new style of American bar & restaurant" with "Midwest roots, California flavors & true ingredients."

According to its website, Cleveland-Heath will open in November. More as I learn it.
