Opening soon at 8158 Big Bend Boulevard in Webster Groves is Tei Too. As the sign says, Tei Too will feature noodles and satay. If you can't read the smaller sign in the window, it calls itself a Thai restaurant. More info as I learn it. (Thanks to my wife for the tip!)
