Las Palmas, a Mexican restaurant, is now open at 7356 Manchester Road (the former location of Tex-Mex joint El Scorcho).Still trying to pin down exact hours of operation, not to mention a working phone number -- if you can help, please leave a comment! -- but I can tell you there are happy hour specials from 4-6 p.m. Because there's a banner in the front window advertising that fact. Oh, and fish tacos are a (daily?) special.
