Visit Schlafly Bottleworks (7260 Southwest Avenue; Web site) tomorrow and Saturday for the annual Schlafly Brew & Q, home of the World Pork Steak Championships. The event runs from 5-10 p.m. Friday and noon-10 p.m. Sat. The pork-steak competition takes place Saturday, with teams competing for a $500 grand prize.
