Update: (Thursday, 3.11, 10:30 a.m.) As I suspected, an easy one. Congrats to reader Fred, who correctly guessed that this a kolache -- sausage, egg and cheese, if you care -- from the Kolache Factory in Brentwood. Tasty, too!
