The central event at Iron Fork is the chef competition, but there's a cocktail competition, too. And the best part is, you get to try all the cocktails! Six bartenders will battle two at a time and make their cocktails in front of the judges, but there are also premade batches for guests.

Competitors will be judged on presentation, originality, taste and product knowledge. If there's a tie, the remaining bartenders will create a second drink to be judged. The winner gets a stay at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel and four Cardinals tickets. You can catch the bartenders at 8 p.m. in the middle of the Regency ballroom.
The participating bartenders are Chris Wheeler of Prasino; Keyan Still of Sanctuaria; Dustin Parres of Gamlin Whiskey House; Keeley McGrew and Miles Ray of HandleBar; and Brittany Van Hook of Table Three.
Get your tickets for Iron Fork here until 3 p.m. -- there won't be any tickets at the door, so get 'em while you can.
