And you thought you couldn't be more ready for the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiere.
This Friday only, Sugarfire Smokehouse in Olivette invites you to "awaken your forces" and indulge in Jedi-worthy specials. Pulled pork, coffee sauce, pepper jack and tobacco onion rings become "Java the Butt," while "The French Fryer Strikes Back" in the form of fried sweet potatoes with turkey, gravy, dried cranberries, candied pecans and fried cheese curds.
And let's not forget the "Red Eye Knight," looking dangerously delicious as country fried brisket, fried egg and red eye gravy on a biscuit.

If you've been living in a galaxy far, far away and aren't familiar with Sugarfire, this is the perfect time to introduce your taste buds to Chef Mike Johnson's award-winning barbecue. Suffice it to say, the force is with this guy.

Sugarfire was St. Louis Magazine's pick for Best BBQ Restaurant in 2015, as well as our choice for that honor in 2013. Oh, and Johnson also won third in the bacon category at the World Food Championships in May.
So no dragging your feet, Star Wars lovers —- these are the specials you're looking for, and they'll be available Friday from 11 a.m. to whenever they're sold out.
