This Friday only, Sugarfire Smokehouse in Olivette invites you to "awaken your forces" and indulge in Jedi-worthy specials. Pulled pork, coffee sauce, pepper jack and tobacco onion rings become "Java the Butt," while "The French Fryer Strikes Back" in the form of fried sweet potatoes with turkey, gravy, dried cranberries, candied pecans and fried cheese curds.
And let's not forget the "Red Eye Knight," looking dangerously delicious as country fried brisket, fried egg and red eye gravy on a biscuit.
