Credit Bill at STL Bites with the scoop: KoKo, the pan-Latin restaurant at 3257 Ivanhoe Avenue, has closed after a run of roughly a year-and-a-half. Best of luck to owner Tim Nesbit and the staff. I dug the fried chicken and asopao there.
