Now open at 3108 Olive Street -- in the same Midtown complex as Pappy's Smokehouse and the Buffalo Brewing Co. -- is The U. The college-themed menu includes sandwiches and salads, with most items in the $5-$7 range.

The restaurant is open Mon.-Sat. from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. That's right: 3 a.m. If you happen to show up at, say, 2:15 a.m. less than sober, please be polite to the servers.
