Sage will open its doors at 1031 Lynch Street (the former Lynch Street Bistro space) on Monday, July 23. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Mon.-Sat., according to its Web site. Not much more information on the site just yet. I'll let you know what I learn about the menu -- though the fact that Sage identifies itself as an "Urban American Grill" might give you a clue.
