Pastaria (7734 Forsyth Boulevard, Clayton; 314-862-6603), the wildly (and deservedly) successful Italian addition to Gerard Craft's restaurant empire, added brunch service this past weekend, which, not coincidentally, also happened to be Mother's Day weekend.

Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (The regular lunch menu is available beginning at 11 a.m.)
Pastaria hasn't posted the brunch menu on its website as of yet, but some totally not-stalker-like snooping around Facebook revealed a few photographs of the menu and its offerings, among them eggs baked in the restaurant's wood-burning oven, served with your choice of a pomodoro or an amatriciana sauce. Other dishes include a seasonally changing frittata, pancakes, granola, oatmeal and Pastaria's take on huevos rancheros.
