Pomme aims to offer expertly prepared dishes incorporating fresh, locally grown ingredients, presented with exceptional service. Carr recommends boneless beef short ribs with mustard-parsley crust ($32), the restaurant's most popular dish since its inception. The short ribs cook for six hours before the dish gets finished in a sauce made from the braising liquid.

Other entree options include rainbow-trout filets with fresh dill and capers ($26) and roast breast of duck with figs, bay and lime ($28). Specials for the anniversary event include waived corkage fee on any 2002 vintage wine and a chance to win a ten-year-aged bottle of Macallan scotch.
