Dave Bailey opened The Bridge in February.
I'll begin our review of February openings and closings with the first closing of March: George Mahe reports on Feast that Seasons St. Louis has closed.

The restaurant opened in Creve Coeur in the spring of 2009. I reviewed it last September, finding it an interesting mix of two ambitious young chefs and a dated suburban locale.

In February, openings far outnumbered closings -- especially since the closings list includes at least a few places that closed before the month began but went unreported till then.

Dewey's Pizza, 122 East Lockwood Avenue, Webster Groves [Additional Location]
Everest Cafe & Bar, 711 Olive Street [Additional Location]
The Fatted Calf, 12 South Bemiston Avenue, Clayton [Reopening]
Gooey Louie, 14628 Manchester Road, Ballwin [Additional Location]
Kota Wood Fire Grill, 522 North Grand Boulevard
Mai Lee, 8396 Musick Memorial Drive, Brentwood [Moved]
Primebar, West County Center, Des Peres
Zia's Restaurant, 5256 Wilson Avenue [Reopening]
