Cielo is now open at the brand-new Four Seasons hotel above Lumiere Place. I couldn't find a menu online, but the Web site says it serves "fine contemporary Italian fare, accompanied by exceptional Italian wines." The restaurant is open from 6:30-10:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for lunch and 6-10 p.m. for dinner.
