This week I visit Wm. Shakespeare's Gastropub, the new Grand Center venture from well-known local restaurateur Eddie Neill.

The week after next, China will welcome the year of the ox. In St. Louis, I'm ready to declare 2009 the year of the rabbit. This January alone I've eaten twice as many rabbit dishes as I did last year. When, uh, I had exactly one rabbit dish.

"Baby steps," as Bill Murray's Bob might say. "Baby steps."
