If you're a patron of the Saint Louis Bread Co. in Richmond Heights on Clayton Road, don't be confused by news that there's a Saint Louis Bread Co, opening just across the street in a space formerly occupied by Applebee's. No, saturation levels have not reached epic new heights -- it's just that the old Bread Co. is moving into a new space. The new and improved one will open in August.

Panera acquired the space earlier this year through Pace Properties, and construction has been ongoing to transform it into a brand-new location. Our educated guess is that the move will allow the Bread Co. far more parking for patrons, but no word yet on whether it'll be a drive-through (fingers crossed). The new location will be at 6734 Clayton Road.
"With this relocation, we are taking the opportunity to provide a more spacious and updated space for our customers and associates. This move will also allow us to hire for an additional ten positions. We're excited to better serve our neighbors in Richmond Heights," joint venture partner Bob Rentfro told us via e-mail.
