Sweet Tomatoes' buffet line offers diners the chance to build their dream salad, combining fresh ingredients, prepared salads, and homemade dressings. General manager Nathan Ladendorf explains, "We make 85 different soups, 30 kinds of muffins, 25 tossed salads, and 35 prepared salads, and we rotate them." Offerings change on Wednesday, making combinations endless.
