Beer pairings are a bit of a no-brainer in town these days, so much so that even the fast-casual joints are getting in on the action. Noodles & Company, which has six St. Louis-area locations and one in Columbia, has partnered with Schlafly -- it will be selling the beer and offering monthly specials.

Hefeweisen, Kölsch and Pale Ale will be available year-round, plus two rotating seasonal picks (Pumpkin and Christmas Ale, Summer Lager, Oktoberfest, Winter ESB and Raspberry Hefeweizen). Plus, every month Noodles will offer one of its pastas paired with a Schlafly beer for $10. In March, it's the Pale Ale with "Penne Rosa," penne pasta with spicy tomato cream sauce, mushrooms, tomato, spinach, wine and Parmesan or feta cheese plus chicken or shrimp.
"We are excited to begin this partnership with a strong, local company," Mike Hamra, CEO of the company that owns the seven participating locations, said in a statement. "The wide variety of options offered by Schlafly is great to pair with the fresh options offered by Noodles & Company."
Hey, we can get behind anything where Schlafly is served.
