In a post last week, I wondered when, if ever, Chipotle might appear in town. Well, Chipotle's Chris Arnold read my query. He let me know that Chipotle will be opening two locations in St. Louis soon. One will open in O'Fallon, Missouri, in mid-December, another in Chesterfield in mid-January.
