April has seen several openings, including the return to St. Louis of chef Eric Brenner, an "eco-chic" outfit from Chicago, two new food trucks, a new bakery for the Loop and a new home in Soulard for another bakery.

Closings were few but did include one of our favorite new Vietnamese restaurants, St. Louis Pho. In a classic case of bad news/good news, however, a new Vietnamese restaurant has already opened in St. Louis Pho's stead.

The complete list of April openings and closings is after the jump. As always, let us know in the comments if we missed a restaurant.
