Much to our delight, Strange Donuts finally opened in Maplewood, after many months of promises -- it didn't disappoint. Arcelia's Mexicana closed amid a family feud and dueling lawsuits. Another legally embattled restaurant, Coco Louco Brasil, also closed, but a New Orleans-inspired spot is opening in its place. Check out our list after the jump, and be sure to let us know of anything we missed in the comments.
