St. Louis Supermodel Karlie Kloss and Momofuku Milk Bar Have Collaborated on Cookies and a 1980's-Style Exercise Video

St. Louis native Karlie Kloss is many things. A supermodel, of course. A style icon whose haircut can launch a thousand words. And, apparently, a huge fan of Momofuku Milk Bar, Christina Tosi's acclaimed and wildly popular New York City bakery.

Kloss is such a fan, in fact, that she has collaborated with Momofuku Milk Bar to create Karlie's Kookies, "a fashionably wholesome cookie line".

There are two versions of Karlie's Kookies, each available in tins of a half-dozen cookies: the "Perfect 10 Kookie Tin" and the "5Boro Kookie Tin". Both are dairy- and gluten-free; the former features agave as sweetener, the latter employs pineapple juice and coconut purée. Gut Check plans to order and taste-test both versions to find out whether a supermodel can produce a super cookie.

In the meantime, Kloss and Tosi, with the überhip food journal Lucky Peach, have put together a promotional video (of a sort) that mimics a 1980's exercise video to hilarious and/or cringe-inducing result.
