Friday (Mar. 27):
The Opera Theatre of St. Louis is hosting several tastings this weekend that pair nicely with, yep, opera. Tonight conductor Ryan McAdams will lead you in an interactive concert with soprano Sydney Mancasola, mezzo-soprano Shirin Eskandani, tenor Geoffrey Agpalo and bass Erik Van Heyningen. From 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 each, which can be credited toward any OTSL performance during the spring 2015 season. Call 314-961-0644 for tickets or buy them online.

Stout & Oyster Festival @ Schlafly Tap Room
Schlafly is flying in over 50,000 oysters from both coasts for its biggest event of the year. There will also be live music and the full Tap Room menu available. Friday, 5 p.m. to midnight and Saturday, 11 a.m. to midnight. Admission is free.
Saturday (Mar. 28):
