The New York Times reports that hip Chinatown bar Apotheke was infiltrated by three undercover fire marshals who arrested co-owner Albert Trummer after he poured liquor on the bar and lit it into a 15-foot by 6-foot wall of flame - a regular event at the establishment. He said, "My intention was not to hurt anybody. I'm an artist. I'm a mixologoist. I'm a cook. But I'm not a pyrotechnic maniac."
