Gut Check recommends three ways you won't go hungry this weekend.
OK, it's a long weekend for most of us. So Three for Four...
1. This evening and tomorrow the Schlafly Bottleworks (7260 Southwest Avenue) hosts the second annual Brew & Q pork steak championship. Live music both days. The barbecue competition is tomorrow. More info at the Schlafly site right here.

2. More barbecue: The Rib America Festival hits Soldier's Memorial downtown today through Monday. Barbecue and all sorts of live music -- including Night Ranger!!1! More info here.
3. Pack a picnic meal -- or get your favorite carry-out -- and head to Forest Park for Richard III. Shakespeare, fresh air, food: It doesn't get much better than that. More information hereabouts.
