A generous amount of melted cheddar cheese envelops slices of tomato, and it's all smooshed between two thick slices of brioche bread. Paired with Half & Half's homemade potato chips and a pickle, the sandwich is a juxtaposition of tastes and textures: salty and sweet, crunchy and soft. Half & Half's grilled cheese ($7) is a sophisticated and perky interpretation of a sandwich we're all familiar with.
