For this week's edition of Underrated/Overrated, we are tackling one thing we really can't live without: coffee. Yes, much of our caffeine intake is from the office coffee machine, and yes, sometimes we have no choice but to go to Starbucks. But St. Louis is having a boom in craft coffee, from Sump's Sidewinder machine to Blueprint's pour-overs, it's a regular java renaissance.
