OK. This is somewhat insane -- yet oddly compelling.
On Saturday, November 17, the St. Louis Science Center will host its annual "Science Uncorked" wine event. This year's edition is titled "Full Bodied" and is paired with (wait for it...) the Body Worlds 3 exhibition.
Really, I can't top the first sentence of the press release: "Wine lovers know a great full-bodied wine goes with anything, even the beauty of human anatomy."
The main wine tasting begins at 8 p.m. and costs $65 per person. The "Reserve Room," which features a tasting of premium wines, begins at 6 p.m. and costs $100 per person. A list of the wines available at both tastings is available as a PDF file right here.
I'm so overwhelmed by the possibilities I can't even make a joke.
