Owner Andy Ayers is especially proud of the 31 Missouri wines showcased at his restaurant. The main wine list, featuring 350 different wines and set up geographically, is big on California and other American wines, as well as French offerings. Wines by the glass, $4.50-$11.50, are offered, and patrons often drink as they listen to live music. "We've made wine into a cocktail beverage," Ayers says. "Good tunes and good wines go together."
