We'll be talking about grocery shopping in much more depth very soon. For now, though, today is the second day of a two-day hearing on the FTC's attempts to prevent Whole Foods from buying competitor Wild Oats. CNNMoney has the latest right here.

This story isn't going to end soon, by the way. Both sides have already said they will appeal the judge's decision.
