Kansas City Star restaurant critic Lauren Chapin has written a nice profile of Ray Hill, the St. Louis entrepreneur who crafted Ray Hill's American Pilsner and then struck a brewing and distribution deal with Anheuser-Busch. Worth a read, especially for hopheads and aspiring home-brewers.
