I figured I'd have to make some mention of last night's epic Super Bowl, but I didn't think it would be this easy: A shot of the Giants sideline during the 3rd quarter revealed the training staff's secret weapon to ease players' cramps -- bananas! Not potassium supplements, not potassium-enriched sports drinks, but real, yellow (actually, rather brown) bananas. Michael Pollan would be proud.
