CORRECTION: A reader points out that there are three U.S. cities on the best restaurant cities list, not two. D'oh! Look, I call it The Morning Brew in part because I put it together while drinking my first cups of coffee of the day. In other words, the caffeine hasn't really kicked in yet....)
