To The Parents Who Let Their Kids Play Under the Restaurant Table and Offered Only a Half-Hearted Apology When One of Said Kids Threw a Slinky at Me

If your kids can't behave in public -- and you don't feel the need to discipline them for such misbehavior -- don't bring them to a restaurant.
