Now Open: BC's Kitchen

Posted By on Wed, Aug 6, 2008 at 12:11 PM

Sorry things have been slow around here so far this week. It's not for lack of news. I've spent the last couple of days driving around St. Louis, eating snow cones. Seriously.

Anyway, on to clearing out the news backlog:

BC's Kitchen, the new restaurant from well-known St. Louis chef Bill Cardwell and his executive chef and business partner John Vincent Kennealy, is now open at 11 Meadow Circle Drive in Lake St. Louis.

From the press release:

For St. Louisians, it's all about the food, and that's good news for diners out west looking for great food and an inviting atmosphere. Diners at BC's Kitchen will find soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, poultry, steaks and fresh seafood, items for which both Bill and John are especially renowned. BC's Kitchen will be dishing up a variety of fresh, authentic, seasonal flavors designed for tastes of every type. BC's will offer traditional nightly specials such as New Orleans "Camellia" Red Beans and Rice, with Grilled Pork Chop and Corn Bread, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Carole's Shrimp Creole, Roasted Prime Rib and Southern-Style Fried Half Amish Chicken with Country Cream Gravy.

The restaurant is currently open for dinner daily. Call 636-542-9090 for more information.
