FoodWire: Peppertini's to Become Seasons St. Louis

Posted By on Thu, Apr 23, 2009 at 2:39 PM

A tip to poster Merredith on the STL Bites forum, where I first saw this news: Peppertini's Piano Bar & Grill (79 Forum Shopping Center) in Chesterfield is under new ownership. The restaurant is still operating under its old name, but it will eventually be known as Seasons St. Louis.

Chefs Benjamin McNabb and Josh Striplin are offering what they call a "French-American bistro" menu. Current dishes include asparagus and morel risotto, an onion tartlet, chicken breast with morel pan sauce and a USDA-prime strip steak.

The restaurant is open for dinner 5-10 p.m. Wed.-Sat. and for brunch 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sun. Call 314-469-2210 for more info. Read Merredith's post for a review of a meal from the new chefs.
