Feast: George warmed up with a list of local restaurant fireplaces and a guide to pronouncing restaurant names.

STL Hops: Mike gave the latest report on St. Louis' Hopslam fever epidemic, the announcement of the 2010 Craft Beer Week and Centennial Beer Festival and the "Five Taps at iTap" contest for their first anniversary.

The Cheesemonger's Wife: Annie announced the birth of The Food Blog Mafia.

Sounding My Barbaric Gulp: Kelly tinkered with creamy-to-crunch ratio with Baking Sheet Macaroni and Cheese.

A Veggie Venture: Alanna made Lasagna Soup with Fresh Spinach.

Cupcake Project: Stef made Maple Oatmeal Mustard Muffins with a matching salad dressing. She also had her regular appearance on Paula Deen's website.

FamilyStyle Food: Karen made Chickpea Cakes with Cashew Curry Cream.

Iron Stef: After a meat-filled Chicago trip, Stef hit the beans with Chili Tofu with Stir-Fried Bok Choy and Cannellini Beans with Fennel and Bacon.

One Hot Stove: Nupur made Kheer and Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Show Me Vegan:  Lisa made Vegan Beef Stew with Sambal, and shared some love for Pi.

St. Louis Eats and Drinks: The Pollacks visited Brasserie by Niche.

Local Harvest had information about a food double feature at The Tivoli.

Off the Menu: Joe had information on local restaurants donating profits to Haitian earthquake relief. He also shared info on Mark Sanfilippo's appearance in The Wall Street Journal, Mosaic's expansion plans and the closings of 10th Street Italian and Capone's.

Sauce had information about The Wine Merchant's truffle salami, Nadoz's dinner menu, the beast in the works at GCS Ballpark, Park Avenue Coffee's new gooey butter cake mixes, The Wine and Cheese Place's Year in Bacon, and Stellina's expansion.

St. Louis Meal Deals: Karin had bargains from Laclede's Landing, Gio's, Sunday specials, and possible weekday specials at Barrister's.
