A McDonald's you won't mind visiting: My review of Mama Pho Vietnamese Cuisine, located inside an old Mickey D's at South Grand Boulevard and Chippewa Street, is now available online.

In this week's Back of the House slideshow, Jennifer Silverberg shows off some of the tasty Vietnamese fare available at Mama Pho.

Another spring roll appetizer is Bo Bia. This type is made with jicama root, Chinese sausage and peanuts. It too is served with the plum sauce with peanuts and carrots. See the full slideshow here. - PHOTO: JENNIFER SILVERBERG
